KWGC Girls Open Developmental Testing This testing will take place at the Training Centre on specified dates advertised in advance here and at the club. Please be prompt. The gymnasts are to wear a gymsuit for testing and if they have long hair it must be tied back in a pony tail. The girls in this program train from six to twelve hours a week. The program also entails participating in our three main fundraising activities.. selling lottery tickets, volunteering at Bingos, and your child participating in our gym-a-thon. Also, if we were to host a Provincial Qualifier you would be asked to help with the organizing of the meet. The Developmental Program will have open testing for girls who are born within the specified age range for that competitive season only. We will be testing physical aptitude only, not gymnastic skills. Please contact the K.W.G.C. office if your daughter is interested. Please make sure you leave your child's name, birth date, and phone number with the front office. The deadline for putting your child's name on the list will be posted well in advance of the testing events. Your child's name must be on the list in order to be tested. There is no cost or commitment to have your daughter tested, but testing numbers are limited. Each child must be currently registered with our Club in order to be tested.
