KWGC Waiting List Procedures Mass registration for All Fall Session Members happens each year on June 1st. Our doors will open at 8:00am, and this registration is always done on a first come first served basis. (There is not a waiting list for our Fall Sessions) For Winter and Spring registrations we offer our current members the 1st opportunity to re-register for their classes. New Winter Session Members can join the Winter Waiting List (December to March session) on the first Monday in October. New Spring Session Members can join the Spring Waiting List (Mid-March-June session) on the first Monday in February. How to get your child's name added to our waiting lists... Simply call 519-743-4970 during regular office hours on, or after the waiting list start dates listed above. Give our office staff your child's name, age, and the class time you prefer. Please leave a contact number where we can reach you when a spot opens for your child.
