Trampoline (Ages 7 to 11) 

This class is 45 minutes in duration. A co-ed introductory, intermediate class for athletes ages 7 and up. Athletes will focus on basic trampoline skills and movements, progressing through a systematic level system in accordance with the skills each athlete is working on. 

Teen Trampoline (Ages 11-16) 

This class is 45 minutes in duration.

An exclusive teen program to develop trampoline skills from basic drops to twisting and salto skills.

Beginner Tumbling (Ages 7+) 

This class is 45 minutes in duration. A co-ed Introduction to floor skills. Learn cartwheels, jumps, and rolls. Explore basic tumbling skills (Levels 1-3)

 Intermediate Tumbling (Ages 7+) 

This class is 45 minutes in duration. A co-ed class building on basic tumbling skills. Explore walkovers, handspring progressions, and more. (Level 4-6)

 Advanced Tumbling (Ages 8+) 

This class is 45 minutes in duration. A co-ed class developing springing and salto skills. Build your skill base and build routines. (Level 7+) Please note: Recreational Director Approval Required for Advanced classes. email: recreational@kwgymnastics.ca

Urban Gym (Ages 12-16) 

This class is 45 minutes in duration. Learn to roll, flip, and stick it in a safe structured environment. Join us for a specialized fitness program.
